1. What is the estimated delivery time?

Depending on production volume, your order will be dispatched from our Central Warehouse within a minimum of 30 business days from the order date.

2. What are the payment options?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (CoD). We accept payments via Bank Transfer (Wire/EFT) and Credit Cards.

3. What is the return policy?

You may return your items within 14 business days of delivery. Please fill out the "Return Form" on your e-invoice and send the package to our Headquarters via Aras Cargo. We recommend notifying us through the Contact/Support form prior to shipping.

4. How and when will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is inspected and approved at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 72 hours for the balance to reflect in your account.

5. How does the repair/maintenance process work?

You can send items requiring repair to our Headquarters along with your e-invoice or waybill. The process, including quality control and repair, takes approximately 30 business days before the item is shipped back to you.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping or international shipping?

We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. However, we provide international shipping to our global customers.


Warranty Terms

General Terms: Damage resulting from improper washing, impact, misuse, or dropping the product is excluded from the warranty.

Accessories: Accessory groups are covered by a 2-year warranty, provided that the care and usage instructions are strictly followed.
