Sweatshirt Fabric Guide
What is the Difference Between 2-Thread and 3-Thread?
1. 2-Thread (Double Thread) Fabric

Looped and Breathable Inner Structure of 2-Thread Unbrushed Fabric
It is a medium-weight fabric generally preferred during the spring months. The front side has a flat single jersey knit, while the back side has a looped structure consisting of jump stitches. It has high elasticity and is breathable; ideal for seasonal t-shirt and sweatshirt models.
2. 3-Thread (Triple Thread) Fabric

Looped and Durable Inner Structure of 3-Thread Unbrushed Fabric
It is an indispensable, high-durability, thick fabric type for winter months and heavy-duty use. It is formed by knitting three different yarns together. It maintains its shape for a long time and is extra resistant to external factors and washing. It is preferred for heavy t-shirt and hoodie groups.

Brushed (Fleece) vs Unbrushed Fabric Texture
|
UNBRUSHED (French Terry) The inner surface has a natural looped structure. It breathes and keeps you cool. Suitable for seasonal transitions and corporate t-shirt projects. |
BRUSHED (Fleece) The inner surface has a polar/fuzzy structure. It traps heat and provides maximum protection in cold weather. Offers a premium softness. |
